Our highly resilient data centres are located in Maidenhead and Milton Keynes. We offer you a secure and reliable extension of your network on our premises.
We at Frontier understand that keeping your data and applications safe and secure is a huge responsibility. We have a commitment to ensure that our data centres offer you the highest level of security. They are located outside of London within compounds with 3-metre fencing and electric entry, to ensure extra safety. Access to our data centres is closely monitored, with 6-layer entry and 24/7 on-site security. We comply with the IS027001 Security Management Standard.
Our data centres are monitored 24/7 via our customised monitoring solution to enhance the resilience of our systems. The monitoring solution checks: event logs, CPU usage, memory usage, free disk space, SNMP, running services, Network Interface Card usage, performance counter values, POP, IMAP, and SMTP mail servers, web page content and load times and server temperature. It also monitors network traffic, so we can check our clients’ bandwidth usage at any given point in time. Our monitoring systems allow us to pre-empt any problems which may occur so we can intervene.
