Dishan Francis (Microsoft MVP), Systems Engineer
When it comes to managing innovative voice and data solutions to improve system stability, functionality, and efficiency, Dishan’s level of knowledge and experience places him among the very best in the field. His list of certifications and membership can fill an entire page. It is topped with Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) in Directory Services (of which there are only 2 in the UK), Cisco Certified Network Professional, and professional membership of the British Computer Society.
In 2014, Dishan achieved his higher national diploma in ICT systems support (level 5) with 12 distinctions and 4 merits, the best result in the institute’s history to date. You can learn more about Dishan through his own personal blog.
Charles Rowley, Business Development Manager
With over 25 years’ experience in IT, Charles is an evangelist for the business benefits of technology. Working at the highest level for many of the top IT firms in the UK, he has helped CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs map their business strategy to the most appropriate technology solution, successfully meeting targets while generating returns on investment.
Before joining Frontier Technology, Charles was the founding director of Triangulate IT and has worked at Kelway, OCSL, Kronos and Trumeter Co Ltd.
Chris Marques, Internal Sales Representative
Chris has just finished his degree in Economics, Finance, and Banking at Nottingham Trent University with honours. His interest in IT sales started during his placement at Intel Corporation UK where he was a compliance analyst. Further, his experience as an Account Executive at leading advertising firm Saatchi and Saatchi exposed him to the exciting challenges and rewards of working in the commercial world.
Emma Prideaux, Sales & Marketing Executive
Emma is a highly motivated and extremely capable administrator with over 8 years’ experience of excelling within customer and client-facing roles. She is responsible for liaison with our partners and helps to oil the wheels of Frontier Technology’s sales and marketing process. She has worked in the same capacity for Philip Morris International, BNP Paribas as well as EuroCave UK.
